Thad has been involved with accounting since 1995. In 2007 he finished an MBA in accounting and finance, and has used his degree to start several businesses that are still operating today. Thad is excited to use his experience to help Clothed in Compassion, Corp. become a therapy practice that can change its part of the world, beginning with Hutchinson, Kansas. His duties initially will involve budgeting, startup cost expenditures, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and billing. His strongest skills are to ensure waste is minimal, and the funds with which Clothed in Compassion, Corp. is entrusted are used to their best effect.

Sheila works for a large conference that includes Kansas and Nebraska. Her work includes working with people of all ages and from many different countries. She is the integrity keeper of the database and enjoys meeting new folks. She, along with her husband, own a towing/roadside assistance company. Her former jobs include working in the emergency room, working in a church office, and raising an ice skater.
As Chief Mom, Sheila watches over the mental, physical, and spiritual health of our team. She is also a very active member of the Public Relations Committee, doing much of the on-site work that Katie can’t manage remotely.
I enjoy gardening and baking. My passion and love is the Wednesday evening ministry program with children of all ages. Teaching children about Jesus is the best!
Joshua is currently the owner of his own Lifestyle and Wellness coaching company, LiveALIGNED, while continuing to teach for WSU in the Exercise Science and Aging Studies programs. His degrees include AS of Sports Medicine, BA of Exercise Science, MA in Healthcare Administration with an emphasis on exercises with older adults, and an MAC in Public Health with an emphasis in education and lifelong care. Joshua is ACE-Y certified in Personal Training (PT) and Group Exercise (GX). He has training and certifications in LiveStrong, Corporate Wellness, Wellness coaching, Bariatric (pre and post Op), Geriatric, AOA, Injury prevention and care, Nutrition, and Biometric screening and coaching. He has multiple years in leadership and experience in the creation of policy and procedures for wellness companies.
As Chief Operations Officer, Josh is the one who makes the rules and sees that Clothed in Compassion, Corp. operates honestly, transparently, and kindly. He is also the Chair of the Personnel Committee and Executive Committee Vice-Chair.
I love to spend time learning and cooking. Currently I am working on learning more about blood types and how to make meals specific to blood type needs. I am passionate about helping others reach their full potential.

Katie Hay-Molopo is an artist, writer, wife, Mama, and Christian. She received her Visual Arts & Urban Studies, BA from Brown University and her Creative Writing, MSc from the University of Edinburgh. She has worked with Megan on several projects marrying their shared passions for providing equitable services, social justice advocacy via creative means, and communicating the Gospel of Jesus Christ in all that they do. She’s excited to lend her written and visual communication skills to Clothed in Compassion, Corp., in hopes that the organization will serve and edify the bodies, souls, and minds of Hutchinson.
Katie currently works as the Communications Coordinator for One Hundred Miles, a coastal Georgia environmental advocacy nonprofit. She lives in Georgia with her veterinarian husband and their precious daughter. When she isn’t sitting at her computer working on her first YA novel or drawing in her sketchbook, you’ll find her outside—probably barefoot.
Katie oversees Clothed in Compassion’s design and communications operations. She serves as Secretary of the Board, Public Relations Committee Chair, and Fundraising Committee Vice-Chair.
I love journaling, singing, being active with friends and family, and doing pretty much anything outside.
Aaron Richards has been involved in many construction projects over the last several years that helped qualify him for this position. He was enrolled in a Building and Trades program where he built two houses in two years with his classmates. His experience on the job included painting, tile work, flooring, sheetrock, roofing, pouring foundation, framing, and finish work. He is grateful for the skills he has gathered over the years and is excited to use them for the progression of Clothed in Compassion.
As Project Manager, Aaron coordinates and manages the nitty gritty of Clothed in Compassion, Corp.. He serves as Chair of the House & Grounds Committee.
I love to Swing Dance and am pulled to the artistic and theatrical side of things in life

Madeline is currently attending Hutchinson Community College (HCC). She is in their pre-occupational therapist assistant program. She plans to continue on to an OTA program next fall. Her favorite activity is dancing on HCC’s dance team. She also loves babysitting and teaching little ones how to dance.

Ajae is in her first year at Hutchinson Community College (HCC). She is a Co-Captain on the HCC cheer team and is also a member of the Student Ambassador Leadership Team. After she graduates from HCC, she plans to attend Wichita State University to get her Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science. Then she plans to move to Oklahoma to get her Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Oklahoma.
She has interned for Megan in the past, and she’s beyond excited to have the opportunity to learn more from her by interning at Clothed in Compassion.

Dr. Megan Bartley, OTD, OTR/L (known lovingly to the littles she works with as “Miss Megan”), is a Hutchinson local. She received her doctorate of occupational therapy from Boston University in 2021. Megan is dedicated to serving the Hutchinson community. As her doctoral capstone, she created Kitchen Hero Academy, a 10-week cooking skills program for middle-school students to help alleviate the negative effects of food insecurity. KHA will continue to run in Hutchinson for many summers to come.
Megan is also an avid baker. You may have seen her at the Reno County Farmers’ Market selling French Macarons and cake pops as Blessed Mess Baked Goods! Megan is also the Outreach Coordinator and Youth Host for her church, Spark United Church of the Nazarene, and a proud member of the Hutchinson Chapter of AMBUCS. She looks forward to serving you and your family!
Megan is the Founder & CEO of Clothed in Compassion, Corp., which she established to fill a healthcare gap in the Hutchinson community. She serves the Board as Chair of the Executive, Education, and Fundraising Committees.
